Performing Arts Center Guest Relations Associate

Primary Purpose:

  • Responsible for activity supporting guest of the Performing Arts Center.
  • Provides superior customer service, enforcing policies in a friendly and courteous manor.
  • Maintains cleanliness of the Performing Arts Center.
  • Communicates with on duty Park Ranger to secure the building.
  • Other Duties as assigned by the General Manager.

 

Supervision: Reports directly to Performing Arts Center Manager.  Does not supervise other employees.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and to handle difficult situations professionally, using discretion, patience and proper etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to positively interact with a variety of people in a diverse work environment.
  • Possesses knowledge of Performing Art Center operations and safety procedures.
  • Able to learn complex computer programs
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.

 

Working Environment:

Work is primarily done in an indoor setting. Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
