Maintenance Worker - Housing Authority
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make units ready for turning over.
- Painting units, signs and other things as needed.
- Trash pick-up around the site.
- Routine plumbing repairs.
- Routine electrical repairs.
- Must complete all work orders in a timely manner.
- All repairs to units, beyond expertise of Maintenance will be contracted out with the approval of Executive Director.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
REQUIREMENTS:.
- Possess a specialized job training or certification in HVAC.
- Carry a cell phone on and off site on a 24-hour basis.
- Attend MMO NARHO Maintenance conference as required.
- Some travel required, as assigned by Housing Authority.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor and outdoor working environment. May encounter hazards from working in extreme weather conditions as well as exposure to hazardous material, dust, and other allergens.
