Executive Director - Kirkwood Local Housing Authority
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall daily management of a community-based housing program consisting of 100 low income apartment. This positions supervises a staff of 5 employees and is responsible for all business affairs of the housing authority. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, social work, or closely related field, 5 year experience in property management, public administration equivalent training and relevant experience.
Strong financial skills and knowledge of federal housing programs.
Certification as Public Housing Manager (PHM) must be held or obtained with one year of employment.
