Administrative Associate - Procurement

What you will be doing:

You will support of the day-to-day operations of the Procurement and Warehouse Departments, including obtaining information from vendors relative to products, prices and delivery dates. Assist with filing, monitoring warehouse stock and inventory, accepting deliveries, generating shipping and receiving reports, product and market research, vendor communications, procurement activities, special projects and other tasks as needed. Following standardized procedures. This work often requires independent actions consistent with policies, general directives and broad regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

A High School Diploma or GED and one to three (1-3) years of experience in an officer and/or warehouse environment. We'd love it if you had some college course work, but it is not required.
